By accessing and using ReThink.fast ("Service", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ReThink.fast is a chess training platform that provides:

  • AI-powered move analysis and evaluation
  • Human-like AI opponents (Maia)
  • Visual learning tools including Rainbow Mode
  • Opening book integration
  • Game import and analysis
  • GIF/media creation tools

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription:

  • You authorize us to charge the applicable fees
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReThink.fast and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-generated content (such as saved games) remains owned by you, but you grant us a license to store and process it as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms (Chess.com, Lichess) for game imports. We are not responsible for the availability or terms of these services. See our Licenses page for third-party software attributions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Analysis results will be 100% accurate
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReThink.fast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We may delete your data after a reasonable period
  • Any paid subscription will not be refunded, except as required by law

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
