1. Free Trial

We offer a free tier with limited features so you can try our platform before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage all users to take advantage of this to ensure our service meets their needs.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • Your subscription will not automatically renew
  • You will be downgraded to the free tier after your paid period ends

Important: After cancellation, you keep access until your paid period expires. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment if dissatisfied
  • Technical Issues: If you experienced significant technical problems that we were unable to resolve
  • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly

4. Non-Refundable Situations

For annual subscriptions, the 7-day money-back guarantee applies. After this period, refunds are only issued for exceptional circumstances at our discretion. We recommend starting with a monthly subscription if you're unsure.
